From the South
From Portland, take I-295 to Exit 28, Coastal Route 1, through Brunswick, Bath, and Wiscasset. Continue north on U.S. Route 1 across the bridge and turn right on Route 27 South toward the Boothbay Harbor Region. Stay on Route 27 into Boothbay Harbor, where it becomes Oak Street. At the next intersection, turn left on Union Street, then the next left on Townsend Avenue. Bayberry House is on your left.
From The North
Take U.S. Route 1 South/West  through Waldoboro to Edgecomb. Turn left on Route 27 South for the Boothbay Harbor Region. Stay on Route 27 into Boothbay Harbor, where it becomes Oak Street. At the next intersection, turn left on Union Street, then the next left on Townsend Avenue. Bayberry House is on your left.
